The responsibilities of this position include but not limited to opening accounts and performing teller transactions in a cash intensive environment. 

Responsibilities:
  • Open new accounts; personal, business, and certificate of deposits. 
  • Assist customers in account maintenance such as address changes, stop payments, etc.
  • Document and scan account information into the banking systems.
  • Performing as a paying and receiving teller.
  • Answer phones.
  • Maintain cash in accordance with policy.
  • Balancing teller drawer daily.
  • Adherence to bank policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining excellent customer service, greeting customers and facilitating a welcome and warm environment.
  • Performs other job-related duties or special projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.
  • 3 or more years of teller experience required; cash handling required.
  • 3 or more years of banking experience preferred. 
  • Ability to work independently.
